Birthday party for Lois

Lois will be 3 on Tuesday so we had a birthday celebration tonight.

Make a wish

Lois' friends and their mummies, daddies, sisters and brothers were there. Uncle David and Auntie Andrea came too. We had fun - good food, cake, games and Tom and Jerry.

Dora was the star on the birthday cake this year.

Handknits from omma

Andrew is wearing the lovely handknitted vest from omma. It is very cosy and soft. Looking forward to when omma and abbi can see our peerie man (lítli Poli :))

Weekend in Faroe

In early November Bogi and the girls went to Faroe for the weekend. Mammy and Andrew stayed at home. Mammy missed her girls very much and promises she won't long for some time on her own for a long time!

Autumn fun

It's getting a bit cold and wet for playing in the garden much, but the girls had a great time on the climbing frame on this lovely October afternoon.

Double decker

Helena and Lois love playing buses. This day it was a double decker and they appeared to be sleeping in it. Mammy drew the line at actually eating the orange in the bus - that's to be done at the table!

Eating and sleeping

Andrew is still feeding and sleeping well. He was weighed on Wednesday and is now 8lb 12oz - up 1lb 2oz from birthweight. He sleeps well in the cradle Daa made.

("By the way babba really disapproved of mammy putting a lilac cardigan on me - some feeble excuse of the rest being in the wash or something!")

Photo shoot 2

Andrew is now 8 days old. He is still being a very good baby - eating and sleeping. Last night he was only up for one feed between 11pm and 7am so Mammy is able to get rest in between. He's had a busy day today - at the Breaking of Bread and the Gospel meetings this morning and out for a family walk in the afternoon. Getting a bit tired of Mammy's photo shoots though!

Here are some more photos of the wee man. As you can see, he's been sleeping quite a lot. When he's not sleeping, he's usually feeding so he's been great so far. No doubt, he'll start exercising his vocal chords soon.
